AFRIQUANTUM is managed by a sole member with extensive knowledge of the local and international construction industries.
MICHAEL RAAFF Dip QS (UCT) PrQS, FRICS, PMAQSMichael is a professional quantity surveyor well respected in the local construction industry and is an external moderator for the Department of Building and Quantity Surveying at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
He currently serves on the Board at National level, as well as Chairman of the Eastern Cape Chapter at local level, of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and is registered with both the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. His career spans over 50 years which included co-authoring and publishing the successful “Everyman’s Building Contract”.
