ABOUT USAFRIQUANTUM Consulting was established in 1990 as Graham, Raaff + Le Roux Quantity Surveyors and over the past 21 years has been involved in many large projects. We are based in Port Elizabeth located in the Eastern Province of South Africa.
Our staff are members of key professional bodies including the South African Council of for the Quantity Surveying Profession, the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Our clients can therefore expect the same high level of professionalism and competence required for accreditation by these bodies from our staff.
We believe that by investing in our staff, through establishing internal Career Development Programs, attendance of external Continued Professional Development events and encouraging research in their particular fields of interest relating to the construction industry, not only expands the knowledge base of resources available as a whole, but it also adds value and continuity to our services offered to our clients.
We are fully compliant with BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) requirements and the Sole Member has resolved to maintain a 100% procurement level status at all times. We are an equal opportunities employer and we recognise the need for essential skills development within the Quantity Surveying Profession and are actively involved with the Department of Building and Quantity Surveying at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. We have also entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Department of Public Works to provide training for their candidate quantity surveying professionals. |
